I was happy to find gluten-free and vegan snacks easily, which made the shopping trip quick. That part was nice, but I did feel a little ignored when I needed help, like no one really noticed I had a question...

I do like snacks.com because they usually have the snacks I’m looking for, including a few flavors I seriously never see in stores anymore. But it’s kind of frustrating when I finally go to order and a couple things are out of stock. Like, come on, that’s the whole reason I’m shopping online. Still, overall the selection is solid most of the time.

Had a small issue with my order and they got it fixed fast. The person I talked to was really nice too, so overall it was a good experiance

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but there were so many Snacks.com to choose from. I ended up finding a few things I don’t usually see in stores near me, which was a nice surprise

The order was mostly fine, but something felt off when I checked the bag and realized one of the snacks was missing. Kind of disappointing, but the rest was okay.

I’ll say this, Snacks.com does have some decent promos sometimes. I’m not saying they’re bad or anything, because I did end up saving a little on my order. It’s just that once shipping got added, the deal didn’t look quite as great as it did at first. Still, I’m not mad about it. Overall it was okay, and I’d probably check the site again if there’s another promo

The box showed up neat, and none of the bags were crushed. Everything was sealed up good, so I was happy with it.

I thought the snacks were just okay overall. A few tasted good, but others were kind of stale and bland, like they weren’t as fresh as..

I’ve ordered from them a few times because I genuinely like the snacks, and part of me wants to keep sticking with the brand. But the delivery can be hit or miss. My last order showed up two days late, and I didn’t really get a clear update on what was going on. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just frustrating when you’re expecting it to arrive on time. I still like the products, but the shipping experience definitely makes me second-guess ordering again sometimes.

The site was really easy to use. I was looking for a couple of snacks while half-watching TV, and I found what I wanted fast. The cart worked like it should, checkout didn’t make me jump through a bunch of weird steps, and the layout was simple enough that I didn’t get lost. i appreciate that kind of thing, especially when I’m just trying to order chips and a drink. I’d use it again

I’ve ordered from snacks.com a couple times, and it’s fine. Sometimes I’ll find a snack that’s cheaper than what I see at my local store, which is great and makes me feel like I scored a little win. But then other stuff is basically the same price, or even a bit more, so it’s not like some magical bargain snack paradise or anything.
The shipping is where I get a little annoyed, even though I also get that shipping snacks around isn’t free. If you’re buying a bunch, it can still be worth it, but for a smaller order it kind of cancels out the savings. Overall I don’t hate it at all, I’d use it again, but I’m not exactly shouting from the rooftops about the prices either.

I was bracing myself for a whole ordeal, but the refund came through fast with zero drama. Such a relief.

I placed my snack order on Monday and figured it would take a bit longer, but it was already at my door by Wednesday. Super easy experience and I was really happy with how fast everything showed up

I ordered a few bags from snacks.com and, yeah... most of them just didn’t taste that fresh. The chips were a little stale, and one pack seemed like it was getting old, even though the date was still technically fine. Shipping was okay, so no issue there, but for snacks... I really expected them to be fresher. I probably won’t order again anytime soon.
